Cape Fear Village - Mobile Home Park - Cumberland Co., N.C.

A 88 acre development with 196 units within the park. Our firm
performed the boundary and topographical survey for the design
of this site. Our firm completed the design of the site which
included interior drives, parking pads, water, sanitary sewer and
storm drain.The site is being developed in phases with the first
half completed in 2002. The final phase is scheduled to be
completed by the beginning of 2004.
