Anderson Creek Shopping Center - Harnett Co. N.C.

This project is a 16 acre shopping center development. The
first phase will include 60,000 sf of retail space with Food
Lion being the centers anchor. There are plans for an
additional 40,000 sf of retail space to be developed in the
future. This project is still in the very early stages of
construction. Our firm has completed the boundary and
topographical survey and completed the site design. The
site has been cleared and rough graded. The pads for the
shops are being staked. Check back for updates.
